Conclusion
The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship among organizational culture variables and to establish if there is a relationship between organizational culture and the financial performance of an organization. This section further offered a summary of the findings and discussed the implications for mangers. And finally, recommendation and suggestions for future research were explained.
